Service evaluation We are constantly aware of the need to give you, the user, what you want and to provide you with the best service possible. At the end of 2001, a user survey was carried out to discover what you really think of AERADE, how you use it and how you think we could make it better. We are now making the results of this survey freely available in the form of an evaluative report. Tell us what you think about the report, and if you were one of the users who took the time to fill in our online survey - thank you! The report was written by Maxine Freshwater and takes the form of a work based dissertation submitted to the University of Central England in Birmingham in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Science.
